Thank you for choosing Self Discovery. This is your one-on-one session on Zoom, lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. We are dedicated to offering our clients high-quality and exceptional service. Kindly review our cancellation and refund policy attentively.

Cancellation by Participant:

If you wish to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If the session is not conducted within 10 days of the scheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation by Us:
If we, for any reason, need to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible.
In case of our cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds for our cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for refunds related to participant cancellations.
For cancellations initiated by us, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In the case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of the session, both parties will discuss and agree upon an alternative arrangement or refund process.
